Bookings run Sunday to Sunday. Availability and prices are structured as follows:

Mid season excludes the Easter break. Shorter breaks (minimum 3 nights) are also available on request at the nightly rates above. Please email with enquiries.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 10% of the rent will be requested to confirm booking, with the remaining balance to be paid not less than 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

Linen, towels, electricity, logs and kindling are included in the price.

No smoking and no pets.
